My Kička (Kichka) and Bodnar families are both from Pavlovce nad Uhom. Pavlovce nad Uhom is located south east of Michalovce, only a few miles from the Ukraine border. The village was previously called Palocz when it was part of Hungary. They’ve got a great website at www.pavlovce.sk and if you use the Chrome browser it’ll translate as you go.
