Sambron, Slovakia

Sambron is where my Marcinek family originates.  It’s located a few miles south east of Stara Lubovna in northern Slovakia.

My wife and I have visited Sambron twice now and it’s amazing how scenic it is.  The photos don’t do it justice.  Standing up on the hill in the new cemetery you can look down on the town and see the mountains in the distance.  The main photo on my home page is from Sambron.
